Micropost: Doen’s Fall 2025 Collection!

By: Jen Shoop

A quick BLITZ of a post because — Doen’s new fall collection just arrived yesterday and is absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t stop ogling at the photo above. The layers, the textures, the backdrop! Also, this sweater!!!

doen fall new arrivals

1 // PERFECT FALL FAMILY PHOTO DRESS (PAIR WITH A SUEDE BOOT)

2 // IDEAL TOP* FOR PUMPKIN PATCH, FALL VINEYARD VISIT, BACK TO SCHOOL HAPPY HOUR

3 // WE LOVE A FAIR ISLE

4 // A SKIRT TO LIVE IN

*I absolutely love the thin material Doen uses for these tops. It is so easy to tuck with no bulk and a dream to layer beneath a chunky knit. I imagine wearing comme ci:

styling doen tops

DOEN TOP // GAP JEANS // COS JACKET // LIZZIE F. EARRINGS // RAG + BONE BOOTS (I THINK CODE JEN20 STILL WORKS HERE) // RDV TOTE

I am also eyeing this unexpected blanket/wrap plaid skirt. I’ve been noticing a nano-trend of fringe trim (ahem, Toteme; also love this Simkhai and this wool scarf) and I love that detail on this skirt. It’s very Ralph Lauren (obsessing over their fall collection, too) and charmingly throwback.

How I’d style for a fall dinner. I’m somehow imagining I’ve been invited to Blackberry Farm in October and we’re gathering around an elegant fire pit for bourbon cocktails. This invitation has not yet materialized, but this is what I’d wear:

FRAME CROPPED BARN COAT // TUCKERNUCK CASHMERE CARDIGAN // DOEN SKIRT // LOEWE BAG // CHARM BRACELET // STAUD BOOTS

P.S. Under-the-radar romantic comedies. (What would you add?)

P.P.S. What would you tell your 20 year old self?

P.P.P.S. Hill House is offering an extra 20% off sale, including one of my favorite and most-worn dresses from this summer.

I love Doen’s clothes but they are a little too high for my pocket book. Hope they do another collab with the Gap soon.
