Household + Kitchen Favorites.

Household and kitchen favorites

DISH BRUSH // LAUNDRY WASH // WIPES DISPENSER // LINEN SPRAY // TEA TOWEL // SERVING BOWL // DOWN PILLOWS // DRYER BALLS

01. Any of Koala Eco’s products! We love their natural laundry wash.

02. Magnetized dish brush — we have this at our kitchen sink and I love the sleek design.

03. Glass food storage.

04. All purpose cleaner in fantastic scents!

05. Reusable bowl covers.

06. Wooden serving bowl. This looks much pricier and more substantial than it costs.

07. The best vacuum.

08. Refillable wipes dispenser — sleek enough to keep out on the counter. Gentle on hands but works on wiping up sticky syrup spots from the table (speaking from a lot of experience here).

09. Standing mat for the kitchen. My mom had one of these and I copy-catted immediately after washing dishes on it!

10. Super niche but these are the absolute best sponges.

11. Bamboo book stand — we use this for cookbooks while consulting recipes!

12. Boos boards. Require oiling for maintenance but we’ve had our two for probably fifteen years now! Maybe longer.

13. Landon absolutely loves these Japanese hi-soft cutting boards. He has in multiple sizes. Really good for mise en place prep / serious dicing and slicing.

14. I ditched dryer sheets for these wool balls years ago and have never looked back.

15. Linen spray — the best scent! Even my kids love this and will proactively request it for their bedrooms!

16. My favorite hand soap.

17. Clear storage bins — I use these absolutely everywhere. Laundry supplies, stationery, office supplies, pantry organization, etc!

18. Wire baskets are also highly useful for holding onto dirty kitchen rags. We’ll toss them in here and then run batches of them through the laundry every few days. Has dramatically reduced the amount of paper towel we buy!

19. Inexpensive but highly absorbent dish towels.

20. Luxe hotel grade down pillows at a great price. We use these all over the house, too.

21. Stain removal brush. A must for spot-treating stubborn stains.

22. Best stain treater for parents.

23. Cutest tea towel patterns!

Euro favorites: Biovie all purpose spray (smells like the best mint), Les Savonniers de Provence WC cleaner, Sonett lavender glass spray, Wheeler’s UK leather cleaner spray for our couch, Najel jasmine savon d’Alep laundry detergent, Sonett wool and silk wash, Bambino Mio laundry deodorizer, good old cleaning vinegar, Cattier Apple hand soap, Brabantia dish brush with suction holder. We use Brabantia plastic stacking bins in the pantry, their glass stacking ones in the fridge, and their opaque “grab and go” lunchbox line when we need something watertight, or our big Pyrex measuring cup has a lid for broths and soups. I’m so strict on having just one brand and storing everything with the lid on. We use resin paperboard cutting boards, the US has a brand called Epicurean, ours are Arcos. Victorinox serrated paring knives for most things (I have fine motor issues that make heavy knives a bit unsafe). I have a Miele canister vac too, and I bring miss mouth from the US!

We are absolutely obsessive about the way our home smells and swear by having a relatively small kitchen trash can, and by our Coway air purifier. You already know my diffuser trick, and I like ones with food smells for near the kitchen so they don’t clash. Fragonard’s coriandre menthe is a favorite.
